Terms and Conditions


The seller, Hamperworks, will accept no liability for damages, breakages, or losses once goods are accepted by the buyer (or agent thereof) as being received in good order and condition. Hamperworks will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to delays in shipment of goods or where inaccurate or misspelt delivery information has been given. If Hamperworks is charged a redelivery fee because of incorrect delivery details, that charge will be passed on to the buyer. Dates and times for delivery are given in good faith, though are not guaranteed. Time frames are given in business days. Hamperworks will not be held liable for the end use of any items sold and no suggestions for end use of product will be misconstrued as recommendation or warranty. Any suggested quantities offered by Hamperworks when quoting will not place Hamperworks in any position of liability and must be checked for accuracy prior to any placement of order. All purchases are deemed to be made from our Premises, NSW, under the common laws of NSW and any civil litigation or court proceedings will take place at the closest courthouse to the premises.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform Hamperworks immediately if an order has not arrived. We will then endeavour to track that order with our couriers and have it delivered as soon as possible. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses whereby the sender has opted to have the gift left at front/back door if no one is home.

Acceptance of Goods

It is the duty of the buyer (or assigned employees and agents) to inspect all goods upon receipt. All hampers are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is delivered damaged/ faulty please notify Hamperworks. Verbal notification of a claim must be received upon receipt of the goods followed by written notification within 7 days of receipt of goods. Hamperworks is more than happy to replace that item once it has been posted back and deemed faulty/damaged. A replacement item will then be promptly posted back to the recipient. The property of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until goods are paid in full. In the event of the buyer defaulting in payment of goods or other default then Hamperworks shall have immediate right and without the necessity of giving notice to retake possession of the goods wherever they may be. The seller (or it’s servants and agents) is authorised to enter the premises on which the goods are kept and to retake possession. Hamperworks shall not be liable for any cost, losses, damages or other expenses suffered by buyer or any other third party in respect of such recovery. The buyer (or his authorised signatory) is responsible to be present on site to accept delivery of all goods despatched by Hamperworks or their agent resulting from an order placed with Hamperworks when arranged delivery times or dates are given.


Delivery charges from $14.95 within NSW, from $ 19.95 for all other States within Australia (Please Note: An additional freight charge for remote locations may be required) Bulk orders to the same address may incur an additional freight charge. You will be contacted, before your order is processed, with the amended charge.


If you are not completely happy with your purchase, just ring and let us know within 14 days. Goods will need to be returned in their unopened packaging and a refund will be issued excluding delivery charges.

Availability of Products

In the event that an item is not available we will replace the item with a similar product equal to or of greater value.


Under Australian Law we are only able to sell gift hampers containing alcohol to persons over the age of 18.
